​The General Terms and Conditions as described here apply to every product offered on the Tischa shop and all deliveries. Every order implies acceptance of the terms and conditions of sale. The General Terms and Conditions of Tischa are exclusively governed by Belgian law. The consumer has the right to inform the seller that he renounces the online purchase, without payment of a fine and without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day following the delivery of the product.

Purchase and Payment

The agreement between Tischa and you as a buyer is concluded at the moment that you have accepted the conditions set by Tischa and have complied with them, subject to the right to waive the sale as stipulated above. The absence of an ordinary signature does not affect the binding force of the offer and its acceptance. Tischa reserves the right to refuse an order or to subject it to additional conditions, such as large orders, orders by minors, incomplete order procedures or problems with previous orders. Tischa always confirms the purchase by e-mail. If no confirmation email has been sent yet, the agreement is not yet in force. Payment of products purchased from Tischa is made exclusively in advance via the other proposed means of payment. The seller remains the owner of all goods until full payment has been made. To guarantee a secure online payment and the safety of your personal data, the transaction data is sent encrypted with SSL technology over the internet. You do not need any special software to pay with SSL. In the event of late payment, Tischa is authorized to dissolve the agreement with immediate effect or to suspend (further) delivery until the moment at which you have fully fulfilled your payment obligations. The General Terms and Conditions and the confirmation e-mails are always drawn up in the language of the website.

Delivery and Delivery Times

The delivery times specified by Tischa are indicative. The deadline for delivery is 30 days after receipt of the order, with the exception of payment by bank transfer, where the deadline for delivery is 30 days after receipt of payment. As soon as the products to be delivered have been delivered to the specified delivery address, the risk with regard to these products is transferred to the buyer. Different conditions may apply for deliveries abroad. Tischa delivers in the following countries: Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Luxembourg. Information, images, oral communications, statements, etc. with regard to all offers and the most important features of the products that are provided by telephone or e-mail are given or made as accurately as possible. Tischa is not liable for advice it provides, printing errors on the website or technical data provided by suppliers or manufacturers. Only products that we actually have in stock are shown on the website. Tischa makes every effort to communicate this information correctly, but it may happen that it is impossible to deliver. This can be due to inadvertently incorrect stock data or products that are no longer available from the suppliers. In these cases, Tischa will notify you as soon as possible and propose a solution. The products offered by Tischa comply with legal standards and may be sold online. Tischa may include links on its website to other websites that may be of interest or information to the visitor. Such links are for informational purposes only. Tischa is not responsible for the content of the website referred to or the use thereof.

Reflection period (trial period) and Returns

For all products purchased online from Tischa, you have a cooling-off period of 14 calendar days according to the Belgian law on commercial practices, consumer information and protection of 6 April 2010. During the cooling-off period, we expect you to handle the goods and the packaging with care. There is no right of renunciation if the product and packaging are no longer in their original, complete, undamaged and unused condition. If you wish to make use of the right of renunciation, you must return your items to be returned within the stipulated 14 calendar days from the day following the delivery of the product to

There is no payment of a fine associated with the cancellation of the purchase, we simply ask you to provide a reason so that we can serve our customers even better in the future. More information about canceling or returning your order can be found in the cancellation, return and exchange section on our website. You must return the goods undamaged, unused and unopened (in original condition and packaging) within 14 calendar days of receipt at the latest. The shipping date serves as a check. All accompanying documentation and packaging materials must be included with the return shipment, as well as your name and order number. The direct costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer. Unstamped or insufficiently stamped shipments are always refused and returned to the sender. Tischa will refund you the full purchase price within 14 days following the cancellation. If it appears that the goods have not been received in accordance with the conditions of the right of renunciation, the purchase amount will not be refunded or not fully refunded. In that case, the product remains your property. At your request, the product can also be sent to you again. The Buyer must have the proof of return validated by the Post and keep it. Return costs are non-refundable.


You are obliged to carefully inspect the goods immediately upon receipt. You must check whether the delivered goods comply with the agreement: - Were the correct goods delivered? - Do the delivered goods meet the agreed quality requirements or - if these are lacking - the requirements that may be set for normal use? The customer undertakes to receive the sold goods upon delivery and to examine whether the quality and/or quantity of the delivered goods corresponds to what was agreed. Any visible defects concerning the delivered goods must be reported to Tischa in writing immediately and no later than 48 hours after delivery. Complaints due to visible defects are only valid and will only be investigated on the condition that the sold goods have not yet been put into use by the customer. Such complaints do not suspend the customer's payment obligation. The customer must notify Tischa in writing of any hidden defect within a period of 2 months after its discovery. In the absence of such notification, the customer loses his right to make a claim for hidden defect. The costs for returning goods that do not comply with the description of the offer are borne by Tischa.

Force majeur

Force majeure includes all external causes, foreseen or unforeseen, over which Tischa cannot exert any influence, but as a result of which Tischa is unable to fulfill its obligations. Tischa also has the right to invoke force majeure if the circumstance that prevents (further) fulfillment occurs after Tischa should have fulfilled her obligation. During force majeure, Tischa's delivery and other obligations are suspended. If the period in which fulfillment of the obligations by Tischa is not possible due to force majeure lasts longer than 8 weeks, both parties are authorized to dissolve the agreement, without any obligation to pay compensation in that case. We always aim to refund refunds for canceled orders and for returns within a period of 8 weeks.


You will be informed of the prices of the goods before checkout. All prices are expressed in Euros and include VAT. The shipping costs are stated separately before you finalize the payment. If the price display is incorrect as a result of a technical error, no agreement has been concluded between the parties; the customer cannot derive any rights from this. Offers are valid while stocks last.

Intellectual property rights

The contents of this site, including brands, logos, drawings, data, product or company names, texts, images, etc., are protected by intellectual rights and belong to Tischa or rightful third parties.

Questions and complaints

Complaints or disputes must be reported within 7 days after delivery. If the complaint is found to be justified, our liability is limited to the exchange of the goods. Any liability of the seller is limited to the amount actually paid for the order. Tischa always handles questions and complaints within a reasonable period of 7 calendar days. All offers and agreements are exclusively governed by Belgian law, to the exclusion of the principles of conflicts of law in space. All disputes related to or arising from offers from Tischa, or agreements concluded with it, will be submitted to the competent court in Kortrijk, unless a mandatory legal provision expressly designates another court as competent.
