How is the delivery of my package?
From the moment we receive your order, our team starts processing it. For the delivery of our packages, we work closely with BPost and ...
After completing the order, we hand over the package to the courier who is then responsible for the delivery of the goods. It is therefore not possible to change your delivery address after delivery.

How long does the delivery of my package take?
When your order comes to us, our team immediately starts processing it. The preparation time can vary from 24 to 48 hours after ordering on working days. The preparation period can extend cohesively to the period of the year. During busier periods this period can be up to 5 working days.
Indication of waiting times:
Collection in Tischa Wevelgem: Same Day - 7 working days
Collection BPost collection point: 48 hours - 5 working days
Home delivery BeNeLux: 48 hours - 5 working days
Home delivery Europe: 3 to 7 working days
Home delivery International: 7 to 14 working days

How long does the delivery of my international package take?
International orders normally arrive within 2-4 weeks of dispatch.
Please note that these orders must go through the customs office in your country before being released for final delivery, which can sometimes cause additional delays. Once an order leaves our warehouse, shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. Unfortunately, we have no control over how quickly an order arrives once it has left our warehouse.
Contacting the carrier is the best way to gain more insight into the location of your package and the estimated delivery date.
What is the status of my order?
You will always receive updates via email. You can also track the status of your order via your customer account.
How much are the shipping costs?
Benelux:
Within the Benelux our Free Delivery Policy applies from an order amount of €100.00. If your order falls under this bracket, you always pay €5.95 for the delivery of your package.
Europe & UK:
Within the Europe & UK our Free Delivery Policy applies from € 200.00 order amount. If your order falls under this bracket, you always pay €9.95 for the delivery of your package.
International
Outside the Benelux, Europe & UK our Free Delivery Policy applies from an order amount of €250.00. If your order falls under this bracket, you always pay €19.95 for the delivery of your package.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Habitat accepts the following payment methods for online purchases:
• All major credit cards, as shown at checkout
• PayPal: if you do not have an account yet, you can create one while shopping with us
• Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay
Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.
