These terms and conditions are applicable to all transactions between the consumer and Tischa, to each product offered in the Tischa store and to all deliveries. Any order implies acceptance of the conditions of sale. Tischa's terms and conditions are governed exclusively by Belgian law. The consumer has the right to notify the seller that he/she renounces the online purchase, without payment of any penalty and without giving any reason, within 14 calendar days from the day following the delivery of the product.

Purchase and Payment

The contract between Tischa and you, the consumer, is concluded when you have accepted and complied with the terms and conditions set by Tischa, without prejudice to the right to cancel the sale as stated above. The absence of a signature does not affect the binding force of the offer and its acceptance. Tischa reserves the right to refuse an order or to make it subject to additional conditions, for example for large orders, orders placed by minors, incomplete ordering procedures or difficulties encountered with previous orders. If an order is not sent, the agreement is not concluded. Payment for products purchased from Tischa is made only in advance or by other means of payment offered. The seller remains the owner of all goods until full payment. To ensure the security of the online payment and your personal data, the transaction data is sent over the Internet in an encrypted manner using SSL technology. You do not need any special software to pay with SSL. In the event of late payment, Tischa is entitled to withdraw from the contract with immediate effect or to suspend the (new) delivery until the payment obligations have been fully met. General terms and conditions and confirmation letters are always written in the language of the website.

Delivery and delivery times

The delivery times are given by Tischa as an indication. The last delivery time is 30 days after receipt of the order, except for payment by bank transfer where the last delivery time is 30 days after receipt of payment. As soon as the products to be delivered have been delivered to the indicated delivery address, all risk with regard to these products is transferred to the buyer. Different conditions may apply to deliveries abroad. Tischa delivers to the following countries: Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Luxembourg. The information, images, oral statements, etc. relating to all offers and the main characteristics of the products provided by telephone or e-mail are provided as accurately as possible. Tischa is not responsible for advice given, printing errors on the website or technical data provided by suppliers or manufacturers. Only products that we actually have in stock are shown on the website. Tischa has made every effort to provide this information as accurately as possible. Errors may be due to unintentionally incorrect stock data or to products that are no longer available from suppliers. Cancellation period and returns

For all products purchased online at Tischa, you have a cooling-off period of 14 calendar days in accordance with the Belgian law on trade practices, consumer information and consumer protection of 6 April 2010. During the cooling-off period, we expect you to handle the goods and their packaging with care. There is no right of withdrawal if the product and its packaging are no longer in their original, complete, undamaged and unused condition. There is no penalty for cancelling your purchase. We only ask you to give a reason so that we can improve our service to our customers in the future. You can find more information about cancelling or returning your order in the "Cancellation, Return and Exchange" section of our website. Goods must be returned undamaged, unused and unopened (in their original condition and packaging) within 14 calendar days of receipt. The date of shipment is the control date. All documentation and packaging materials must be included with the return shipment, along with your name and order number. The direct costs of the return shipment are the responsibility of the buyer. Unstamped or insufficiently stamped shipments are always refused and returned to the sender. Tischa will refund the full amount of the purchase within 14 days after the withdrawal. If it appears that the goods were not received in accordance with the conditions of the right of withdrawal, the purchase amount will not be refunded, or not completely. In this case, the product remains your property. At your request, the product can also be returned to you. The Buyer must have the return receipt validated by the Post Office and keep it. You are required to carefully inspect the goods immediately upon receipt. In doing so, you must check whether the goods supplied are in accordance with the agreement: - Have the correct goods been delivered? - Do the delivered goods comply with the agreed quality requirements or - in their absence - with the requirements for normal use? The customer is deemed to have accepted the goods upon delivery and is obliged to examine whether the quality and/or quantity of the goods delivered correspond to what was agreed. Any visible defects to the delivered goods must be reported to Tischa in writing immediately and at the latest within 48 hours of delivery. Complaints about visible defects are only valid and will be considered if the sold goods have not yet been put into use by the customer. Such complaints do not suspend the customer's obligation to pay. The customer must notify Tischa in writing of any hidden defects within 2 months of their discovery, otherwise all claims for hidden defects will lapse. The costs of returning goods that do not conform to the description in the offer shall be borne by Tischa.

Force majeure

Force majeure is understood to mean all external causes, foreseen or unforeseen, outside of Tischa's influence, which prevent Tischa from performing its services. Tischa is also entitled to invoke force majeure if the circumstance that prevents (subsequent) performance occurs after the due date of the services for Tischa. In the event of force majeure, the delivery and other obligations of Tischa are suspended. If the period during which the performance of Tischa's obligations is impossible due to force majeure exceeds 8 weeks, both parties are entitled to dissolve the contract without any compensation. We always strive to refund payments for cancelled orders and returns within 8 weeks.


You will be informed of the prices of the goods before you check out. All prices are in Euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately before you make your final payment. If the price display is incorrect due to a technical error, no agreement is reached between the parties; the customer cannot derive any rights from this. Offers are valid while stocks last.

Intellectual property rights

Questions and complaints

Complaints or disputes must be reported within 7 days after delivery. If the complaint is justified, our liability is limited to the exchange of the goods. Any liability of the seller is limited to the amount actually paid for the order. Tischa always handles questions and complaints within a reasonable period of 7 calendar days. All offers and agreements are governed exclusively by Belgian law. All disputes relating to or arising from the offers made by Tischa, or agreements concluded with it, shall be submitted to the competent court in Kortrijk, unless a mandatory legal provision expressly designates another court.
